Founded in 1922, Shamrock Farms is one of the largest, family-owned and operated dairies in the Southwest. Its product line includes milk, sour and whipping cream and cottage cheese. The farm also offers ice cream in various flavors. Shamrock Farms serves several grocery chains, schools, hospitals and institutions. The farm has a herd of more than 10,000 cows. It participates in a variety of community events and programs. The farm works in partnerships with Arizona State University, St. Mary s Food Bank and Got Milk. It operates a processing plant. Shamrock Farms additionally offers accommodations for birthday parties, as well as several discount options.
