Dr. Deborah Jo Levine is a board-certified pulmonologist and lung transplantation and pulmonary hypertension specialist. She is a clinical professor of medicine in the Department of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Levine also serves as director of lung transplant outreach for Stanford Health Care. Dr. Levine is internationally recognized for her work in lung transplantation and pulmonary hypertension (PH). She has been instrumental in developing international guidelines for defining, diagnosing, and managing antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) after lung transplantation. She has served as chair of pulmonary AMR guidelines for the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation.
