I was looking for a car for my daughter I met Charlie he is new to Nally's great guy to buy a car from very helpful and understanding recommend to all my friends

THEIVES!!!!!!!!! Dirty car dealership. Bought my Mini Cooper from them and they repossessed it after I told them I'd be in later with the payment! Just hours "late" they repo'ed it at 3pm and they close at 7pm I said I would be there in the afternoon with my payment and they came to take it. The car used all 2k of the warranty getting fixed. They gave me only half of the key that worked. Car needed timing chain and all 4 cylinders misfired!!! I told them I would contact lemon law and they came to repo it immediately. Same day payment was due!!! Scam artists!!!! Woman would not tell me how much to get my car back!! They drug the car with a tow truck damaging it!!!

They are very unprofessional. If you want to be over charged, and unappreciated as a customer purchase your vehicle from here. They dodge phone calls and fail to return calls about your vehicle. They said they'll fix it for free if it doesn't pass inspection, but once you fail they tack on charges. Smh they are very unprofessional and unappreciative. I wish I was forewarned about them please take heed. Take care.
