she dident listen to what u wanted her to do she cut my surfer hair into a chucknorris hait cut...

She was russhed and kinda rude.

Okay....basically I went for a hair cut/wash. The hair wash was a joke. I mentioned that I would like them to clean my hair....she didn't even scrub so I thought she might catch the hint. She didn't. She did a half --- job. So then I told her I wanted a cut with long layers. She trimmed the back of my hair and started taking off the cape and decided to be done. I told her that I wanted a cut and that she hadn't even touched the front of my hair. She gave me attitude and I asked if there was a problem. She said "NO...just show me where you want me to cut and how much". She was SO RUDE!!!

I left there soooooo upset. The entire time I was there she rushed and there were no other clients. She also had a gross tongue ring. It was gross just because of her age and she was sloppy. She couldn't wait to go smoke and eat her lunch. Last time I checked...customers come first. Terrible. They are not that friendly on the phone either. Thanks for nothing!
