Vince provided very good advice in getting a mortgage for our rental property that resulted in better monthly cash flow for my wife and I. The experience was smooth and we felt educated and confident with our decision to become real estate investors.

I recommend anyone seeking a VA loan seek out the services of any other VA lender. I give Mr Thomas 3 stars for expertise because he and his associates (Secure Financial Ctr) are extremely talented at omitting important information affecting a VA appraisal. Mr Thomas represents the largest wholesale mortgage company in the nation (UWM) who as quick as possible resold the VA mortgage to what is known as the worst servicer in the nation, Loancare servicing. Next to my VA disability this resulted in worst nightmare. It has recently been discovered that due to facts omitted of the title report provided to the VA appraiser, the property was appraised with an extremely over valued market value and issues the VA would never have accepted. An effort to refinance now will result in the cost of tens of thousands of dollars to correct deficiencies to make it acceptable.
