Dr. Kathy saved my emotional support cat Bella. She had a stroke and could barely move and drink. Got her in right away and gave her a shot and told me what to do at home. With phone calls and advice Bella was able to recover to the point of walking on her own.

Dr. Kathy saved my Service Dog's life. Both through her work and referral to a Cancer Specialty Hospital in the Cities. It was expensive, but well worth it. My Connie is cancer free.

I brought my dog into the Staples, Mn Animal Hospital today 05/02/2014 and was astonished at the rudeness of the staff towards another customer. She was in with her dogs for a scheduled appointment and the doctor came out to her in front of everyone and started loudly berating her. He yelled at her telling her that since her husband took 3 months to pay his last bill for a surgery they had to pay cash for the appointment. Even though he had made payments and paid the bill in full. I am confused as to why this was such an issue if the bill was paid, but, mostly mortified at the way they treated this woman in front of everyone. I would think they could have discussed this privately and certainly without treating her like dirt. This man outright yelled at her. Just by the way they treated her I will no longer be using them for my cat's needs.
