The service was good, but their billing department is incompetent, which is why I will never do business with them again. I paid via Credit Card on the day of service. They have been billing me every month since then. I called and they said if I gave them a copy of my credit card statement showing the charge, it would clear it up. I did this. Yet I continue to get billed. I've called, I've gone into the place in person, nothing gets done. They say they are aware of the problem and will fix it, however it has been SEVEN months and still I get the same bill over and over. I call, they tell me to disregard the bill, it's a mistake. Why can't they fix this mistake in 7 months? Completely incompetent and untrustworthy!
