Called twice to inquire about refrigerator repair. Both times quotes $75 to come out and tell he what was wrong with it (though he already diagnosed it before he ever laid eyes on it). Once he showed up he went right to work. Ten minutes later he tells me $90. I told him I was quoted $75 and he says that only covered him coming out, NOT to diagnose it. It was an additional $15 to diagnose it. After he left, I called the office and asked the same question again. Again being told $75. When I to her I was charged &90 she changed her tune and swore she told me $90 every time I called. Needless to say, we took our business to a more reputable establishment.
