The seller of the Handi house makes no warranty. So if you get a defective handi house, which I did, you are at the mercy of the manufacturer in upstate Georgia. Waiting one month for repairs and in the mean time my possessions are getting wet. Big investment with no warranty? I would think twice if I were you.

Customer satisfaction is their policy. We purchased a repo shed there (and looked many other places) before deciding. We feel we not only got the best 'deal' but the individualized service was unsurpassed. We had several changes we wanted to make and Deana helped us with everything AND at no extra charge. She is most accommodating and doesn't drop her service ethic once the purchase is made. She knows her stuff and she's not there to rip you off. I would recommend doing business there above all the others that we looked into.

I bought a shed from handi house in starke, the lady there was simply sweet. She helped me and my mother and did exactly what we asked. Today it is hard to find hard working people who do what they say they will do, and they did. I appreciate your hard work Dena and will recommend you to everyone I know.!

Handi-House "hot houses" are built using a single wall corrugated polycarbonate walls and roof, which does not have anti-condensate coating to prevent dripping. Condensate dripping kills sensitive plants such as palms etc. I was going to suggest how to improve their product, but I was unable to contact Handi-House as they don't pick up their phone. Thus I am getting a business loan to begin my own manufacturing facility of truly professional hobby and nursery greenhouses.

This review is about Handi-House manufacturer in Swainsboro, Georgia. I have ordered a 12x24 greenhouse. It was manufactured and delivered to me within the time frame as promised or faster and the quality is OK. Yet I have some concerns. The greenhouse comes with standard 120V receptacles and a fan, but no heater. So when I wanted to purchase and install a heater I realized that I can not, because the greenhouse is not made for 240V or larger than 20 Amp circuits and wiring because it is a 288 sq. ft. large hobby greenhouse and it needs an advanced heater which would be hard wired by an electrician. But as I said, the receptacles and the wiring all needs to have a very expensive upgrade, so the greenhouse is actually useless to a serious hobbyist and in winter it is useless as it can not be properly heated. While in summer this greenhouse is useless as well as the fan is too weak (and maybe windows too small as well) to properly cool the greenhouse down and if one wants to install a serious a/c system in it one must basically rebuild the greenhouse with a very expensive upgrade to its electrical systems. So unless you live in a zone 10 in south Florida, this greenhouse is useless for Georgia, SC, NC or any other states. Also, it is very hard to reach the Swainsboro manufacturer on their phone. The manufacturer seems to not pick up their phones most of the time. And then recently they keep on hanging up the line without picking the phone up.
