Provided by YP.comI brought a DR Chipper to their shop in early May. I never heard back from them. On August 2nd I called them and asked when I could pick up my chipper. They asked what was wrong with it; I told them that I had described the problem when I brought it in. I told them again what the problem was. They said that they would have to take a look at it. Three months and they still hadn't even looked at the machine!
