Copy Cow is the best. Professional in every way. They have produced calendars for me the past 2 years and brochures as well. They have always met and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Copy Cow

Obviously, management does not value all service, only certain services. When a paying customer brings in a binding job, she should not have to wait for 10 minutes just to be told, "We are busy, come back in 10 minutes." When I returned 30 (20 more than the given time) my binding was not done. Instead, I was met with excuses. Also, I was then told thy could not do my binding then, and I could come back A THIRD TIME (at their convenience, not mine) to pick up a simple binding job. Why should anyone waste their time and money on bad customer service. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I will never step foot in this place again. The manager was very rude. He was talking with another customer about poor customer service yet he was not taking care of me. When I asked if he could simply check me out with my order sitting on the desk. He said no, and asked me to never come to his business again. No problem, neither I nor my friends will do business there.
