We went there with a friend of mine. They have sauce bar and the sauces are numbered based on their level of hotness (1 to 10; mild to hot). We selected a sauce with "00" on it. We thought it must be the mildest one but it was the hottest one. My friend couldn't handle it he had a really hard time. We asked them and they accepted that it was their mistake in labeling the sauces. Even they told us that it's not the first time and they had same thing happened previously.

We couldn't eat the sub (because of the sauce on it) so we asked for a free sub since it was their mistake. They changed their behavior and started being aggressive. They denied their mistake and refused giving us any free sub. I wanted to talk with the supervisor by they claimed that supervisor is not there, they called him and he didn't accept that it's their mistake.
