Terrible people!!! Especially Jenny the office manager!!! I went there got glasses later I got a call that I needed to bring the glasses back b/c my insurance had termed. She didn't ask if I had other insurance she assumed that I couldn't afford the glasses and said it was her fault that she didn't check the to make sure my insurance was valid. She didn't ask if I had a different insurance that would cover the cost. I didn't like her tone nor her approach so I decided to take the glasses back. Upon arrival I informed them that I did have insurance but I would like to return the glasses and get a refund. Jenny lied and stated that she never told me to bring the glasses back and that she had the whole conversation recorded. I demanded a refund and was informed that no refund would be given. I called the cops to make a complaint and Jenny continued to lie to the officer. I have filed a dispute with my insurance company to deny their claim. Long story short GO ELSEWHERE!!!
