Penny hall the manager over that dump is a liar. I took her ass to court for negligence of repairs she came to court with false documents! Her and mark owens lied like a mfers. I'm tell you right now if you are thinking about moving to this shit hole please don't. Go to another town or anywhere besides sandhill. She even lied about I owed later charges I've never ever been late. That dusty hillbilly, hippopotamus is going reap her lies. So will Marcus sour mouth ass.

This place is awful!! There are nothing but drug dealers shacked up with a woman and they are living there with them just for a free place to live. It is awful but I guess the people that have sandhill arms don't care who is living over there. They need to be more aware of their attendents and who lives with them. Don't live there unless you want to be around drugs!!!!
