I went for a simple tat the other day to this business. The guys at the desk were great. However, the guy who tattooed me was so rude, he seemed likely hungover and pretty much rolled his eyes at everything I said. I would have left but they require a deposit before you come back and I didn't meet him I til after. There are plenty of places that are clean ad sanitary with good artists in state college. Try one of those places first ... Especially if you don't want to break the bank or feel like an idiot with what your tattoo choices are.
