I have to say that they don't know what to do. First (and it is on there recording when you call) they say they are going to get back "in writting" within 30 after receiving application - NO THEY DO NOT and it is now >90 days. Next they tell you to disregard the bill, that they will take care of it - NO THEY DO NOT I have receive a collections bill now. When I called them back on this issue they acted like they were not even following-up on the bill. Next they tell you to disregard that and don't worry - WHAT SHOULD I DO, if you don't have any money and am out of work then what? I guess it all comes down to, are they willing to help you?
