Provided by YP.comTattoo Marks in State College is the only place I go in central PA for my tattoos. The shop is immaculate, the staff is friendly and I know that I will get a quality tattoo that I will be happy with for a life time. I've been tattooed by both Tim and Justin and they both went out of their way to make me feel at ease. If there was one place I would take my mother to get a tattoo, it would be this shop because I know she'd be taken care of.
