In theory only those who are guilty get arrested, right? Not in my case I was involved in a misunderstanding and arrested. After the arrest and subsequent efforts on my own to get the matter resolved I came to the realization that once you are in the legal system you have no choice but to work within its constraints and the only way to protect your rights is to hire an attorney to defend you. I was referred to William Cole and after my 1st meeting with Mr Cole was comfortable with him handling my case. The end result was that the DA chose not to move forward with the case and all records were sealed. For me this was a very unfortunate situation but it worked out as well as it possibly could have. I have no doubt that if I had gone with a different attorney that I would have had a significantly different and much less positive outcome. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing a criminal defense attorney I would highly recommend William Cole.

Mr. Cole is a high profile criminal defense and plaintiffs PI attorney. Although he's well-known in the legal community and has a colorful and memorable reputation, he never makes you feel unimformed or stupid. He's represented me as both plaintiff and defendent counsel and I couldn't have wished for better results in BOTH cases! I've referred him several times, and my friends agree and have referred him to their friends. He has a superior knowledge of the law, legal procedure as well as a vivid imagination. The resulting use of the combination of those skills results is amazing outcomes for his clients. I don't believe there's a better attorney in Nevada or California. Mr. Cole is also a very colorful person, which helps when dealing with legal issues. His assistant, Lawrence, always knows the exact status of all his cases, and very calmly and professionally deals with Mr. Cole's clients.

This was my first time going thru the judicial system, and I hope the last. It was a truly troubling and difficult period in my life. Bill Cole was a savior and friend through the process. While being very truthful and forthcoming about what the potential outcomes of the process, good and bad, he remained very optimistic, positive and supportive. In my case, he was able to assemble other professionals in the field and prepare a case that got my sentence greatly reduced and that did not have to go to trial.
