My laundry was returned to me with 3 pairs of jeans missing. I have called and gone back to the laundromat multiple times and no one can help to resolve. The woman who is typically there during the day has been unable to help locate the jeans and just refers me to the owner, but can't tell me when he is available or how to reach him. Nobody there has any information and seems unwilling to resolve or even try to look around the place for my jeans. I will not be using this service in the future.

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. The service is awesome & the place is immaculate. As far as the bathroom, it’s the cleanest public bathroom I have ever been in. The owners are very accommodating & the workers are always so friendly. It’s a great place to do your laundry.

If you had a problem . You should have contacted owner and they would have resolved the issue

This has to be hands down the WORST laundry mat ever!! If their was 0 stars to give I would have picked that. No matter what you tell them they always shrink you clothes. I have got clothes back ripped, stained, 1/2 the size I gave them. Their has been a couple of times that I have been missing clothes and when approached them they didn't even have an answer. The owner is MIA and doesn't care about his business or customers. By accident I put in button down shirts and have gotten it back inside the bag wrinkled and 1/2 the size. I asked them to put certain clothes on hangers and was even willing to supply them with hangers and they YES you to death making it like they are going to do as you asked. It has costed me a lot of money to replace all the clothes that has been shrunk, damaged and lost from this place.
