ADULTS COMMUNICATING TOGETHER, ACT is a comprehensive educational/social program that focuses on strengthening and retraining the brain of people diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia. The A.C.T. Care Group offers specifically tailored programs for people with Alzheimer's/Dementia and focuses on the goal of increasing health and brain functions, decreasing negative behavioral symptoms, maximizing independence and providing an opportunity for a meaningful quality of Life. The main focus of A.C.T. is to keep people with Alzheimer's/Dementia involved in carefully planned activities that help to improve cognitive and physical health.
