Aides do not have appropriate training to work with the disabled, not even with a wheel chair! Many have language barriers and like to sit with their cells and get paid for it.

When my mother needed a health care aid, we contacted this company. We let them know immediately that we would be paying cash until my mother's Medicaid approval was finalized (which it was almost immediately). They refused to bill Medicaid, and kept threatening to pull service every 2 weeks unless they were paid immediately. This continued until my mother's account was emptied at which point the aid was called and told to just leave with no notice. Furthermore, to this day, more that 1 1/2 year,s later they still refuse to send receipts for the payments made to them so we can get Medicaid reimbursements (which we will probably no longer be able to claim due to the amount of time passed.
