HORRIBLE PLACE, ARROGANT VET, STUPID RECEPTIONISTS. I called and asked for a prescription to be filled for my dog, the receptionist told me I had to come and pick the script up because of their policy, they do not give scripts over the phone, fax or email. Okay, so I took the rest of the day off from work to apparently waste gas for nothing. Because when I got there, the receptionist did not have anything on record and was complete dumbfounded. They refused to fill the script without shots and exams that my dog does not need, because my dog doesn't leave the house anymore. I am keeping my dog alive with medication, WITHOUT THIS MEDICATION, MY DOG CAN DIE. Of course for THIS VET MONEY MEANS MORE THAN A DOG'S LIFE. The doctor comes out, and instead of reaching a compromise or trying to please a customer, the VET WAS INSULTING, ARROGANT AND CONDESCENDING. The doctor did NOT CARE that my DOG NEEDS THIS prescription, he did NOT CARE that his receptionists gave me the wrong information, his respond "that doesn't matter." There you go. If I could give this place NO STARS... I would.

I used Dr. Dembitsky when he worked in a practice in Queens right by my house. He took care of two of my dogs. He is very compassionate, and straight forward. He really loves your dog, not just your money. I now travel from Queens to Staten Island because I don't trust anyone else with my 3rd baby. Highly recommended!
