Everyone is nice, I purchased 2 bands for my breitling watches.. Ben helped me out.. He also gave me a free screw that came off my watch.. beautiful showroom.. I will definitely refer my friends and family.

I am new to Staten Island and was looking for a jeweler that I could trust and develop a rlationship with. One of my Co-workers recomended me to go and see Ben & Joe at B and A Jewelers. When I entered they greeted me like the knew me for years and made me feel very comfortable. The store is amazing and huge. They have the largest selection of jewelry & watches I ever saw. I ws in the market for an engagement ring, Joe sat me down in their engagement ring section and spent a lot of time with me educating me on diamonds. Again I was very comfortable and made a purchase of a beautiful engagement. My Fiancee was very suprised and LOVED the ring. We are getting married next year and will definitely go back to B and A Jewelers for our wedding rings & bridal gifts.

My father left me his gold Rolex that was not working. I brought it to another jeweler on Staten Island,they had it for over 4 months! After I got it back it stoped working, I brought it back to the jeweler 3 more time and they kept giving me the run-around. Well after 6 months and alot of $$$ later, a friend suggested I bring it to B and A Jewelers on New Dorp lane. They were very professional and took the time to explain what the problem was. They have a watch service center on the premises and assured me my dads watch would NEVER leave the store. I got my dads Rolex back about a week later not only repaired (and keeps perfect time) but they refinished the band and case to look like the day my father got it 30+ years ago. Thank you B and A Jewelers for doing a great job. Highly Recomend very professional stall.

I got humiliated when decided not to have my watch serviced by these people.



They wanted to charge me 85 $ to change the battery which I declined. In responce, a dark haired sales girl ( about 50ish) started to roll eyes on me and scream loudly so that everybody could hear : Unbeleivable, unbelievable!.



So you be the judge what sort of people work in this place.
