DO NOT SHOP HERE! WORST BOUTIQUE OR BUSINESS EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! I wish I could leave no stars but can't! This shop was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered in my life. Firstly they order the wrong dress wrong size and I have to go back w a newborn at home to tend to. Then they forgot to include the bonnet which is supposed to be included w the dress. They also made a "custom" headband to match the dress in which I specifically requested a flower and skinny band. I received a bunch of fabric slapped onto a rubber band! When I complained and requested to be compensated for my time with any kind of courtesy I was told I had a bad attitude because I said i was going to voice my opinion online about their business. They outright refused to give me the bonnet that came with the dress I paid for or change or refund the "45$" headband which is a piece of junk. Ridiculous never in my life have I encountered a business ran this way! They should have been ashamed to sell the ugly "custom" headband that was sold to me. I was told "Were done here" and will not fix my issue. Will definitely be disputing cc charge. Unbelievable truly!

I tell people every communion season about this crazed customer that followed me into an restricted area in my store with her finger in my face, yelling at me because we were behind in her alteration and demanding we do it that minute. My only regret is that I did not have her arrested! I can control many things. I can work seven days a week without a day off. If someone in my staff drops the ball. I will handle it at once. There was no need for her to become a maniac. Honey life is not perfect! People have much bigger problems than your precious 1 hr and a half you had to wait for an alteration to be done. We apologized for the employee that did not do one thing on your dress. I think you wanted to have a problem. mich23's review was a very elaborate story of the actual events. First of all does it seem logical that this story would be true. I was late on an alteration but i chose to deal with it by yelling at the customer? OR my story of the customer became insane and followed me into a restricted area. AND the confrontation was done by her daughter not the senior citizen grandma. I'm so sure i'm going to threaten to punch a senior citizen in the face because I made a mistake. I am not perfect. The communion season is a crazy time. We have a 99% approval rate. BUT if you are going to write a bad review at least make it believable. This review is laughable. I'll never get used to people that have nothing better to do than start problems for other people. I hope you made the rest of your grandchild's communion a better experience.

DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE!!! Alterations were not made and items were not ordered, when asked why, the owner started yelling at us insisting that she only needed 5 minutes to do all the alterations and get the items that were ordered. It became a heated discussion and we were threatened by her!! She said she was going to "rip the skin right off my face" and that she was going to call the cops and punch me in my face. I am a senior citizen and have never been spoken to by a STOREOWNER like that!!! Needless to say, 1 hour and a half later, the dress was done. Not worth the aggravation!!

In love with this store has the cutest cloth for kidss like no other in statenisland everything you find is one of a kind and worth its price unlike all the other cheap and overly priced stuff in other boutiques ! elizabeth your a great help everytime i come in i can count on you even when your busy with other customers you manage to help me thanks !
