We've been taking our cars to them for 25 years. They are honest and very knowledgeable.....very good at what they do. And they treat people well...respectfully. You are in very caring hands with Ciceros.

Cicero's was recommended to me by a friend who said they were always straight with her. She was right. They always handled the jobs professionally and had the car ready when promised and best of all, they do only what is necessary. I brought in my 2004 Toyota Sienna which I bought at a dealer auction. I wanted the transmission fluid changed. I had stopped at Pep Boys who said I should change the filter along with the service and it would be about $250 using a generic fluid. I then brought it to them and one of the owners, Glenn, told me that there was no need to change the filter as it would be cleaned during the process of changing the fluids and in addition he would only use Toyota fluid. Total Cost: about $160. I brought the car in again because I thought it might need a tuneup. Glen checked it out and said the tuneup seemed fine and he cleaned the throttle valve (I think) and replaced the air filter. Cost:$85 and the car runs great. A shop like this is hard to find.
