I went in not feeling well at all. One of the worst sicknesses Ive had in years. I can't believe the top notch treatment I received here. It turns out I had pneumonia which they were able to diagnose on the scene with an X-Ray and a blood test. I even got IV fluids. Thanks to the ER Doctor and the the amazing Nurse Practitioner on that gray wintery saturday when I would have normally had to go to an ER and wait amongst the mayhem. I was home by 6 and resting in my own bed...

What a great alternative to the ER. I saw a real ER doctor who was so competent and saved me from a 5 hour wait in a gross and nasty Emergency Room. All in I waited about 10 minutes before I was examined and not long after I was discharged with my prescription and some notes on how to better control my asthma. The place is beautiful, just like how I would decorate my house, had hi tech flat screens in the exam rooms and was sparkling clean including an Xray machine that sends digital pictures to radiologists off site to get official readings. I am really impressed. Highly recomended.

Went in with severe abdominal pain. Waited for a while which I don't mind, to be expected at any walk in Dr's office but most Dr's offices don't advertise their promptness. That is not my issue. On seeing Dr Manny and describing my symptoms, he asked a few questions but on hearing I'd eaten pizza and ice cream the night before (son's birthday) he had clearly decided on his diagnosis before his extremely cursory examination. Briefly poked my belly and declared i had indigestion, I expressed my doubts, I've had indigestion and this didn't feel like it. No, he confidently assured me, gave me an antacid, told me not to eat and the pain will be gone within 24 hours. I went home, took a tums and some pepto. As the pain didn't subside I chose to trust my instincts over Dr Manny and went to the ER. A proper exam and a more vigilant Dr revealed acute appendicitis. Few hours later I was in surgery. Had I listened to the advice of Dr Manny I could have been dealing with a life threatening situation if my appendix had ruptured. Terrible. It's really irrelevant how nice the office is or how smooth, friendly and efficient the service if the diagnosis is dangerously wrong.
