As an Olympic Weightlifter for about a year and a half, my body has been through a lot of heavy weight, especially when squatting and putting things overhead. I've always suffered from pain in my lower back and my shoulders. I came home for spring break from College, and only after 3 Days I've noticed a HUGE difference with my performance. I had sciatica pain shooting down my left leg for months. Got an MRI showing bulged disc between L4 & L5. I tried physical therapy and acupuncture with minimal success. The pain was so intense it was difficult to walk at times. Dr Germino was recommended to by a friend. Just after 7 decompression spinal treatments I was able to play a full round of golf with no pain.
