There are few rental places in the area that accept debit cards, a big deal for me and my wife. Check. You want to deal with professional, but nice people. The folks at the shop each of the several times I have rented there have been friendly and helpful. Check. You want the vehicles to be clean and in good repair. Check. You want the site to have the vehicle you reserved, or one pretty close to it. On one rental I was disappointed, expecting a full size, and having to settle for a different vehicle that was a pretty tight squeeze. Other times I have received either the expected vehicle or one that was a class up for no extra charge. The one downside to the shop is that there does not seem to be a particularly large number of vehicles. That said, I intend to return to this place for my next rental and the one after that.
