i wouldnt recommend anyone go back to this hair place i went to get my hair braided. my braids wasnt in my hair for a good 2 weeks and at least 6 braids came out i went back the lady put it in for me, mind u the same one who did my hair put them back in now all of a sudden 9 more came out and its not even a month yet. For $140 is not worth it if your hair is going to be like this, instead of them talking so much they should be paying attention to doing people hair.

The service is awful. My braids werenot done to my satisfaction. They put knots in my hair, which is thier method to ensure unraveling. Ends were sticking out and the braids were uneven. Upon my complaint about the outcome, I was brushed off with just an i'm sorry and when I took the braids out, I had to cut the knots, thereby cuttingmy own hair. I called again about what happened when I took the braids off, I was told, I should not have cut the knots, when I said there was no other way to do it, she said I should have come to her t take out, however there is a sign up stating there is a charge for this and she then said thats to take the braids completely out but would only show me how to do it. I told her she did not tell me this at time of braiding, she only ensured me I own hair would not be cut nor come out, and again another brush off and "i'm sorry" then a hang up.
