Owner of business misrepresented himself as a tree service asking permission from an adjacent property owner to trim trees only to the fence line. The property owner did not give any permission to trespass on her property. Because of the lack of professional and moral behavior the tree service trespassed on my property and cut ten trees to the ground. The person who owns the house must have instructed the tree service to destroy their neighbor's trees in a wanton selfish act of criminal activity in order to satisfy their goal of destroying trees on property that they did not own.

The homeowner with the destroyed trees has lived in the house over 50 years and has seen the transition of the neighborhood evolve into buyers with no morality who do not have a clue as to their neighbor responsibility. It's another sad day for staten islanders who do remember how to act responsibly.

Mr. Parisi is a liar who exhibits sociopathic behavior.
