I didnt have a good visit/ experience at this practice and will seek someone more experienced. Dr.Joanna didnt have the skill set though she did attempt a fix.

Overall the experience could have been better. Dr. T tries to push the cosmetic angle where there is no need to do so. the staff are friendly and the hygienist talks a bit too much.

dr. tricorache is one of those rare dentists that actually make a patient enjoy coming back for treatment. she and her staff in staten island are the friendliest and very responsible people you can deal with. from the minute you walk into the office, you can feel the warmth generated at the office. from the receptionist christine to the hygienist darlene to the very capable assistant liz, right up to the doctor. you fell like you're visiting a friend rather than going to the dentist. this crew is the best. if you fear going to the dentist, this is the office to try.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Joanna Tricorache! Her delightful disposition, along with her tenacious commitment to perfection in her dentistry makes for a winning combination. I recommend her without reservation - 5 stars!

Dr. Joanna is the quintessential dentist. She has been mine for about ten years . The office is quite pleasant and welcoming. Chris and Liz, her staff, are always present to support and reassure. The proof of this dentist's superior skills, is my SMILE ! Nothing is unsolvable. In the past ten years, Dr. Joanna has filled cavities made crowns, bridges and partials, dealt with my tooth implants, and been available for emergencies. She is always professional. Her mastery of dentistry became evident to me, when, i realized that she was able to fix, make, or mold anything that seemed to be an impossible task. Before, during, and after every procedure, she and staff are right there, with a smile, a hug, or whatever you may need. I actually LIKE going to MY dentist... Barbara
