My grandson attended the facility for 2 days. What a horror. My daughter picks him up early the first day & finds him in stroller all alone crying. Teacher stated she place him theircto sued him. Okay day 2 again my daughter goes to pick him up early again unannounced she finds him in a cot crying again teacher states that he was placed there until all the kids got up. It's 3pm kids. Nap from 12-2pm. Now what? Then his daily sheet stated he was changed at 2pm, it's an hour later his pamper is saturated with urine.. Really?!!! The icing is that he's still crying and my daughter had an Drx appt that day. His pediatrican finds a large bruise on his head. Wow really! Now my a photo is sent to the director & her response is" oh! It looks like purple marker". Come on now his doctor confirmed the bruise.. Really!!! What type of response is that... he 1 1/2 yrs old so now other 2yrs are drawing on each other? Wtf!!! My daughter is Cash paying client her money could be spent in a better daycare! Horrible staffing starting with the director... not recommended at all...

I love this daycare center. When I drop my daughter off in the morning, it's clear how much she loves all the teachers and staff members and how much they love her. It amazes me how much she has learned and grown since I enrolled her a year ago. The center is clean and bright, and all food is prepared onsite using fresh ingredients. I spend 2 hours a day in the car just getting my daughter to and from Kiddie Academy, but I couldn't imagine sending her anywhere else.
