I have placed many orders with this company and only had one bad experience which they corrected at their cost. If you want to do long term business with a company you have to build a relationship. I always give retail companies one chance, just one.

If you purchase the Extended Warranty expecting it to be an extension of the Standard, get ready for a surprise! Nowhere within any documentation does it state you will opt out of the Standard Warranty by purchasing the Extended Warranty (even though it plainly states that the Standard is "Included With All Purchases") . All I wanted was for them to honor their warranty with a lens replacement due to one lens having the wrong prescription and was denied because I bought the Extended Warranty. It shouldn't have mattered since the Standard Warranty has a note within that stating "Prescription accuracy is guaranteed for the lifetime of the lenses." Constant arguing and avoiding the truth I copy and pasted from their own website made it so I ended up refunding. Still can't believe I was actually told that I opted out of the Standard Warranty! I'll never shop with them again, and I'll never suggest their services due to crass customer service and just plain lying about their own warranty.

Worst customer service ever! They completely screwed up my order and sent me the wrong color of frame. Then they proceeded to charge me Rush Priority shipping at $29.95, which I did not choose. When I called to have their mistake fixed, they told me it was my fault and they weren't going to do anything about it. DO NOT order from them unless you want the wrong color of frame and to be charged extra.

Terrible customer service. Their glasses cost less than anywhere else but the Rx gave me a headache. My Rx hasn't changed so it was something with the lenses. They finally offered an exchange but they were rude and short with me. I'm awaiting the next pair but I would avoid this company and find a more reputable place to purchase your glasses.

I called customer service to ask about repairing my glasses and the "lady" was extremely rude to me. When I told her that she was not being easy to deal with, she hung up on me. After years of doing business with LensesRX, I will take my family's business elsewhere.

I did business with them in the past and they seemed ok, now they have new people who literally do not care for your business, never a call back,no managers, they do not own up to their mistakes no CUSTOMER SERVICE and they're very rude......

I placed an order for a pair of glasses on Friday morning and added a note with the order. As I was leaving on a trip in 2 days I also called to make sure they had everything they needed to complete the order; I got voice mail even though it was was during business hours. A week later, when I was able to see my email again, I saw an email from them asking for 2 pieces of information - one was something they could easily get from the glasses I sent in, the other was what I had put in the message with the order and had called an left a message about.



I called first thing Monday morning and again got voice mail; I left another message. I called 2 more times that morning before a person actually answered the phone; they had not filled my order. To say I was upset would be a gross understatement. Those were my husbands most recent glasses and he needed them for work. Now, he not only didn't them, he didn't have his new prescription either. To make things right they offered to rush them through the lab and send them to use via express mail. I thought rushing them through the lab was a no brainer, but to send them via anything other than overnight was unacceptable. (The processing on the glasses was going to take several days as they were progressives with transitions and crizal coatings.) They said they couldn't do that.



They totally ignored the message I sent with the order, they didn't answer their phone during business hours on 2 separate days, they did not return any of the 3 voice messages I left and they gave up a $439 order because they refused to overnight the finished glasses to us to make up for having them a week and doing nothing with them.



To add insult to injury, they mailed my husband's frames back to us via first class mail rather than Priority mail. Thus, to get new glasses for him in a timely manner we were forced to purchase new frames from the other company we chose to make his new lenses.
