My daughter and I went here, while in the area. We were both very sorry we did. We walked into the salon and the 7 manicurists were lounging on the pedicure chairs. We walked in and were not acknowledged. When we turned around to walk out, now of the ladies finally ask if she could help us. We sit down to have our services done, and they switched techs on us twice! All of the techs were very cold and rude. They spent there time jabbering with one another pointing and laughing. Not sure if they were laughing at us, but since we were the only people in the place, I assume that they were. The only time they did speak to us, was to ask if we wanted to add on a special top coat etc. They were very rude and condescending the whole time. We were planning on manicures, pedicures and massages, but were so unhappy, we left immediately after the manicures were completed. On a good note, they did do a nice job on our nails, but customer service is just as important, and obviously this was completely unimportant to them. Stay away from this place.
