My name is John Jimenez and I have had the pleasure of being connected with Tammi. My client Alejandro and I were dealing with another realtor who we felt was not handling us with care. I reached out hoping to be connected with another agent who can really help us out. That’s when I got connected with Tammi. She well over exceeded my expectations and handled my client with care. Within six days Tammi was able to find the perfect home for our client. We went into contract right away wasting no time and now one month later we are at the closing table. I’m so grateful for Tammi because we really needed somebody to handle us with care and she provided exceptional service.

My husband and I met Michele when we went to look at a new construction. We immediately fell in love with Michele and her easy-going demeanor. She took us through the house, explaining every minor detail about the house as well as the surrounding area. She was also able to answer almost every question we had about the house. For the rare question we had that she was uncertain about, she immediately contacted the builder and was able to get us the information we needed. She was also very quick to answer her phone if we thought of a question when we were not with her. Michele presented the house and the area in a way that my husband and I needed to buy it.

After deciding to purchase our new home, with Michele as the listing agent, we decided that we wanted Michele to also be the agent to sell our house. Michele had the same demeanor while presenting our house as she did the other. Michele told us the price she thought we could get our house for and explained her reasoning on why we should list our house at the price we did. Michele is extensively connected throughout Staten Island and was able to bring in many potential buyers the first day the house was listed. We accepted an offer on our house less than a week after the listing.

The simultaneous closing process for both homes would have been extremely stressful for both of us if it hadn’t been for Michele. Michele was able to thoroughly explain (yet put everything in simple, understandable terms) all there was to know about the closing process.

Michele made the buying and selling process a happy and stress-free one, and we are eternally grateful to have met such a kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable person as Michele and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.

While the process of selling our home was more difficult than we had imagined, Dave Bonamo, enthusiastic and well prepared, could not have been a better agent or Neuhaus Realty, a better agency. Dave gave us excellent guidance. He is knowledgable, honest, trustworthy, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
Selling a home can be challenging, but working with Dave made it as painless and straightforward as possible. He was great to work with, reliable, and an outstanding individual.
If we were to move again, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Dave again or give him anything but the highest recommendation.

I have recently sold and bought homes with Neuhaus Realty and I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Carl was amazing. He was knowledgeable and patient with me. He calmed me down when I was stressed and was available to me through every step. His professionalism shined and even after it was all over he still took the time to communicate with me to make sure I was doing well after the move. I've sold and bought with Neuhaus Realty. Our agent was Carl Neuhaus. There was no car salesmen mentality with Carl Neuhaus. He was honest and did not pressure us when it was clear that we didn't like a house. He knew exactly how to price our house. We sold our house very quickly because he was spot on with the asking price. Similar houses in our area stayed on the market for months and were eventually reduced below the price that we had gotten for our house. Would definitely use him again

What does this have to do with the Real Estate company?

The company's been in business for 46 years!! And the best you could do, is complain about a tenant? A tenant that very easily could have portrayed themselves as normal, civil people?



I'm sorry, but Neuhaus RE, has done nothing but conduct compliant, respectable business here on SI for too long a time to complain about a rental gone bad... Or an agent with an antifreeze leak.

Give it a break.
