This is one of the worst nail salons on Staten Island. The owner Kim is nasty, and makes like she does not speak English. You will tell her you only want a fill in and she will yes you til the cows come home and then when you go to pay she double charges you...she will constantly ask you "get pedicure", you say no, she says it again and again. She double books clients just so she can talk you into a pedicure. She is rude and nasty to her employees...yells, in Korean...not a clean place either...it could be sweltering out and she will have the door open and no air conditioning on DON'T BOTHER TO GO HERE
