Always a pleasure dealing with anyone in this store. professional, courteous and totally honest and fair. Friendly guys, down to earth.. I deal with Frank mostly or Steve, but everyone is cool at this establishment. Steve is a craftsman and does beautiful custom work on my old jewelry, salvages it customizes it and makes it better than new, or a new piece i just purchased. If you know nothing about jewelry,, this is the place to go because you will NOT get ripped off and will leave happy and become a repeat customer, whether youre buying a diamond ring or getting a new battery for your watch.
