Never again will I use this business. Ordered Nakajima Electronic Typewriter on 4/3/2017. Sent follow up email on 4/13 and called today (no answer). I set up an account with login and password and I get message stating does not recognize. When I request to get my password response is login and password have been sent to you email but I receive nothing. Next step is BBB!

It is my first time writing a review for a company but I think it is fair to let people know about Refurb Express. You should not get anything from them. I ordered a mechanical typewriter, they not only did not have the product but also took out the money from my account ($197.79) and I never got any typewriter. I got in touch with them, they assured they knew they had my money but they never gave me the refund. They just stole my money unfairly.
