I had an emergency thanks to a stupid mistake by the DEP which they refused to rectify. I called one local, well known plumbing company for help that I used before and they completely blew me off. I contacted Richmond Plumbing and I'm so glad I did. They showed up early the next morning and corrected the mistake. They were helpful, professional and accommodating. The team even walked us through a thorough explanation of how our water pipes and connections work. I would only use Richmond Plumbing in the future and you won't be disappointed if you do too.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would definitely recommend this company

The only company I will ever use, I was impress with their honesty as they were the only company to charge me a decent price compare to everyone else I contacted. Not to mention their efficiency and professionalism.

My furnace crapped out and I had no heat in the house. I received several quotes from several different plumbers, but Richmond Plumbing and Heating was the lowest. Many others said they would call me with and estimate and if I agreed they would be out in 2 to 3 days. Not Richmond Plumbing, they came out the next morning and the guys were fantastic. They cleaned up after the mess was made by the old furnace which was at least 40 years old. All the plumbing completed by Richmond Plumbing was done very neat. They even installed a few extra shut off valves at my request so the circulator pump can be serviced in the future if it needs to be, but it now can be done without draining the entire heating system/ radiators. Ps. When they beat everyone elseâ??s prices, it was by a great margin too. One of the bosses himself came out to give the estimate and gave me the price. A GREAT PRICE!! He was very a honest man. He saw the water was leaking from the old unit, he figured it out that it was a rental house, just as others did, but he gave me a fair honest price where others took advantage. Joe Vento of Richmond Plumbing is a saint and I passed on their business card to everyone I know. This was a worse case scenario that can happen in the winter but it turned out well thanks to Joe and his team at Richmond Plumbing.

Called them yesterday 5/9/17 to set up an appointment for installation of a Central Air system the receptionist told me the "boss" can meet me Wednesday 5/10 between 10-11am, great. Called them this morning at 9 to make we were still set for the appointment between 10-11 and the receptionist assured me we were still good. Waited there until 11:20 and no one showed up. No curtesy of a phone call to say we'll be late, or can no longer make it so I just left.

If you can't trust them for something as simple as keeping an appointment which you re-confirmed an hour before how can you trust them to actually do work in your house? 11:53 now and still no phone call from them. I suppose I should assume they won't be showing up. Had to leave work and wait for them to be stood up. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Richmond Plumbing was referred to me by a friend of mine who found them on Angie's List. They have been a great help to me with a lot of minor various problems in my house. It seems that whatever I need them for they are able to help whether it be slow drains or adjustments to my air conditioner, boiler, etc. I have dealt with a few different mechanics but Joe and Mike are my favorite.

I called Richmond plumbing with a sewer back up they never made the original appt, had to call back three times finally showed next day(sat) used the camera and located the breakin the sewer line. Gave me estimate and couldn't do the work until Mon, or Tues of the next wee. The boss said they do not do this kind of work on weekends. If you need emergeny sewer work done never call these people. I have raw sewage coming in my house. Have called another company will do the job this afternoon. Jan 28,1012

$345 - that's how much it costs to replace a zone valve. 1 hour of work and $50 valve. Called Richmond Plumbing few times to get a breakdown on their bill, only to be told that manager will call me back. Still waiting for the call
