Most unprofessional and arrogant staff I have ever seen.. I came in with my own 3 diamonds to have them set in earrings and a necklace. After agreeing what I wanted, a receipt was drawn up with specifications and a price. I come in to pick up my items, and they are looking so cheap and crappy, not what I paid for and not what I wanted. Fran started yelling at me for disagreeing with their job, Neil ran out from his booth yelling at me that this is exactly what I wanted and the items look exactly what I paid for.. after I said that this is not acceptable by me and I am not happy, Fran draws up a new receipt and makes up a whole new order with a higher price and says that if I want my items back, it's gonna cost me more. I was ready to cry and felt like a hostage. This is for my daughter's birthday in few days and now they have my diamonds and who knows when Neil or Fran will "get to it". I'm very angry at myself for going to those rude unprofessional people and giving them business. Now I hope they won't switch my diamonds!

Great Prices, beautiful pieces, great repairs and super customer service, won't go anywhere else!!
