I had an issue with the laundromat near there regarding hygiene, and being very upset and disgusted, I called this laundromat to complain by mistake. The manager, Anthony, did everything he could to help me but could not find my phone in the system. After talking to me more he realized that I was talking about the laundromat up the block. He still offered me credit if I went to his store, and still helped me with my issue by explaining how his laundromat system is based on accountability. Us laundromat across from the precinct is horrible, go super clean. I m honestly embarassed by how nice that guy was after I called up to complain about something his store didn t even do. I ve dealt with super clean before and never had a problem, I just went to the other one because it was a bit cheaper, but now I know why. i definitely recommend this service from now on.
