Very poor business operation and not worth any STAR (but had to do at least one so I could post this review). Owner refused to speak to me (after hanging up from me) after I placed an order 6 days ago, left me on hold for 14 minutes and hung up again. States his name was Thomas too (apparently 3 Thomas' work the same office). Website states his name is Thomas V. Said he refunded me 24 hours after they found out item not in stock, however, Paypal shows he just refunded it today (same day I called to find out status of the order). Says the item not in stock and when I asked why is it still on his site, he says he's too busy to check on everything. Is that good business practice. I would be concerned about providing credit card information to this company. Luckily, I used Paypal (yeah), so they don't have my CC info.
