Very poor customer service. Owner shows up at the scene of the accident in his tow truck and insists that you be towed to his shop, after repeatedly telling him you want to go to another shop. My car wound up being in the shop for 5 weeks, and not once did I receive a phone call from them, I had to call multiple times a week to receive any information. Every time I called, the girls answering the phones had no idea what was going on and asked that I called back in 10-15 minutes. Only positive was that this place handled everything with the rental car. Work done on the car seems decent enough, although not perfect. Will not be using them again.

this place was a pleasure to deal with the owner was friendly and his crew did a great job on my wife's truck that side swiped in a parking lot everything came out perfect they even detailed the truck before we picked it up it was a perfect match on the color it looked brand new thanks Ryan and his guys at Ultimate collision

I too agree if I could give it a zero I would. They didn't put anything together right and charged insurance company for work that wasn't complete. I am contacting insurance company for a full investigation

If I could I'd give it zero. Do not trust these guys. They have a scanner and appear out of nowhere claiming they were in the area. Before the insurance inspector comes out, they take apart your car preventing you from taking your car elsewhere. Also, repair took double the time was not ready when they said to come pick the car up. Ended up waiting 2 hours with a toddler in toe for them to "finish getting the car cleaned". When the car finally arrived, the headlights were sticking out and th hood was not properly aligned. I also just noticed that the air conditioning is only emitting warm air. Was completely new before I was front ended and now it runs like a ten year old vehicle upon completion of their repair. Terrible. Would like to go back and get it fixed but don't even trust them to look into the car again. Shady business period. Stay away!
