I purchased meds for my donkeys and llama yesterday. I called today to see if I could return them. I was told by the young girl on the phone that I could as long as I kept the meds on ice on the ride there. After an hours commute (hence the phone call), I was told I could not return them. The woman even checked with the owner. I blame poor management for their lack of communication and not the teenagers that run the registers and answer the phone there.
