To clarify, at move-out, any damages that were not documented on the Move-in Inspection form are the responsibility of the tenant. If there were no documentation regarding the items? You could be held accountable for these charges.
We ask for all disputes to be put in writing within 30 days from receiving the statement. If we do not receive an answer within this time period. We will follow the policy and act accordingly.

Provided by YP.comAvoid this realty company at all costs. The apartment was fine but they will charge you fraudulent move out charges once you move out. Had multiple issues with them during our lease term. They resolved some and ignored others. At move in, our apartment was dirty, damaged, and the air conditioner barely worked. At move out I had cleaned the apartment three times better than it was when we moved in and had replaced multiple damaged items with our own money. They literally made up move out charges for replacing this and cleaning that. No chance given for a move out inspection with them. After disputing in writing move out charges they dropped the carpet cleaning charge but left the rest. Ignored all reasons given for why their charges were fraudulent. Now we must pay hundreds of dollars in move out charges in 30 days or they will start the collection process. I know there are not many options for rental companies in Statesboro but they are the worst I've encountered.
