The staff is very nice and accommodating. However, the cars are not cleaned very well before they are rented. This area of the business needs attention. Vehicles should be cleaned and inspected by management before renting.

We received a very nice car for rental over the weekend. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. The car was a Buick and we had no problems with it. However when we returned home, a different guy who handled our return overcharged us as per our confirmation as we had a weekend special. I noticed this while en route home. I called to question it and the gal that answered my call said that I was incorrect. Funny thing, as soon as I told her "OK I would just call their home office because I had my confirmation and that she was incorrect", she quickly changed her tune and told me she was issuing my refund for the difference. I will rent here again, just make a note to keep the confirmation handy in the future in case a similar thing should happen again.
