Hendley Properties is a wonderful place to call home. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Maintenance is very timely and the homes and apartments are kept up very nicely! You will not regret living with Hendley Properties!

I wish I could go below one star. They're nice at first with low rents that seem like a good deal but later trap you with fees in their lease. They are not responsible for anything that happens and charge huge fees to move in/out. The apartments are filled with roaches that have most likely always been there but they only a pray once a year and it's right before new tenants move in so it seems clean but once the spring comes the following year it almost becomes unbearable. They're so called "maintenance" is one guy who shows up in flip flops and tries one thing then refuses to come back. Not to mention the entire area smells like a used diaper due but they tell you it's only once a month when you're thinking of signing. It's hard to believe such a company can exist when nothing ever gets fixed or sprayed. They charge $200 for a one time clean, no exceptions right before you move in, they pretty much just put lipstick on a pig and then abandon you the rest of year except when they're collecting rent. All in all they trick college students looking for a reasonably priced apartment by lying about it all. READ YOUR LEASE AND DON'T SIGN WITH HENDLEY!

The people in the front office are really nice, and get problems done in a hurry. When the keying was off on my back door, they had all the locks replaced for free by the next afternoon. The house is nice, the AC works well, and they've just installed lights in the parking lot so that's well-lit at night.



Great place to live.

THE OFFICE MANAGERS TREAT TENANTS HORRIBLY!! FAILS TO SEND MAINTENANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER!! YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF TRYING TO FIX IT YOURSELF BEFORE WAITING ON MAINTENANCE TO COME! OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RUDE! DONT EVER GO TO THEM WITH A PROBLEM ABOUT YOUR HOME BECAUSE ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND THEY ARE JUST IN IT FOR MONEY, NOT TO SATISFY TENANTS. IF YOU WANT TO GREAT SERVICE AND A NICE PLACE TO LIVE HENDLEY PROPERTIES IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!
