I was dreading the call, but the guy I talked to was AMAZING!! Can't remember his name, but he helped me with both of my issues, plus even talked about Pretty Little Liars and Vampire Diaries. He was great! Whoever it was answering phones at 2:05 pm 8-28-14, he should get a raise :)

Went to sign up and was almost done with my sign up when my 5 year old son asked me to use the restroom. I asked if he could and was told to use the restroom in the restaurant down the street. I asked again if my son could use the restroom. The rep asked the manager and they said it was not for public use. I thought this showed no consideration for costumers and it is just poor judgement. If that is how they are going to treat me now, I'd rather not deal with them. So we left to use the restroom and did not go back.



Prices are not that great. $60 for 6Mbps after 6 months promo is over.

I purchased Basic Cable and Internet from these people and within a few months they upgraded me to the Deluxe Cable price without the Deluxe Cable service. Long story short, don't buy anything from this company. They will try to charge you for services that they don't render.
