Terrible business, terrible customer service, they are really not efficient what they are doing, the office is never open, they are the worst water company ever for sure, and I do not understand why we can not change this company

ITs the worst and i dont understand why they are the only water utility company available in our area especially because everyone else allows technology to improve customer service but these people cant operate a credit card machine. And they over charge for everything.
