I've never been treated with such contempt and utter hatefulness as this company / Dale and his wife. Last year I had a new HVAC system installed. A blower motor went out that was out of warranty last week. Dale came out, diagnosed it as a bad motor. I asked him to replace it as soon as he could. He said it would be a few days for the new motor to come in. I wouldn't think that's a problem at all and didn't complain about paying for the new motor and installation. Twice he was supposed to show up, neither time he showed up nor called. I called to reschedule, and left a voice mail. He didn't call me back, but his wife did. In a blatantly hateful manner informed me that they were too busy to replace the motor, and they wouldn't be coming out AT ALL. I maintained my cool and politely asked if that's how they treat their customers. She informed me they didn't need my business because they had too much already. I was in complete amazement that someone would talk to, and treat a customer like this.. I expected them to simply come install a new motor and I'd pay them.. Simple... I hope others see how they treat their customers and do business with someone else.

The first day of 2010, I came to a house with no heat. I called many heating services that freezing Monday morning and Dale Taylor was the first business to call me back 1st thing. We were under extreme cold conditions and he was at my residence within an hour. After assesssing what my problem with my Heat/AC unit was, he told me the exact issue and gave his professional opinion. When he and the rest of his team came out later that afternoon they stayed into the early evening to make sure I had some heat. Carolina Comfort Heating & Air did not only provide outstanding service, they stayed until the dark hours of the night to make sure that my home would be warm that night. I was extremely impressed. Carolina Comfort went above and beyond to take care of my home and I am very grateful. Dale was extremely reasonable with pricing even when his team was out there for 2 nights in the freezing cold. I will definitely refer him to any family/friends/contacts that would need their services. I have had no issues ever since then. The owner even followed up with me to make sure everything was in order. They deserve a 10 star! Thank you!
